The Importance of Self-discipline

I studied Industrial Engineering. I took up MBA in my late twenties, which require thousands of hours, determined study, and discipline. I need discipline and determination to learn what I need to know, then to apply it and do what I need to do. By continually demanding more from myself, I begin to be successful in business strategic planning, business modelling and start ups.

I’ve discovered that you can achieve almost any goal you set for yourself, if you have the discipline to pay the price to do what you need to do (get things done), and to never give up.

Discipline is what you most have to resist the temptation of excuses. It is the key to a great life, and without it, no lasting success is possible. It is not the material thing you will accomplish as it is the quality of person you must become to accomplish well above the average. The development of self-discipline is the high road that makes everything possible for you.

Self-discipline is the ability to do what you should do, and when you should do it whether you like it or not.

The development of self-discipline change my life, and it will change yours as well. With self-discipline, the average person can race the fastest his talent and intelligence can;  but without self-discipline a person with a blessed background, education or opportunity will occasionally rise without mediocrity.
